Diagnostica Stago ST4 Coagulation analyzer. Semi-automated bench-top system which performs clotting, chromogenic and immunoassay methodologies in random access mode. Its lightweight, compact size makes it ideal for low to medium volume batch testing or as a back-up to an optical clot detection system. The analyzer offers programmable and pre-programmed assays with curve storage, 4 independently-timed incubation stations, electronically-linked multiple pipettor, 40-character liquid crystal display and an internal thermal printer.Features 16 incubation wells at 37 C +/- 0.5 C (4 cells x 4 columns), 4 measurement channels (one column), 2 positions for reagents at 37 C (one with magnetic stirrer), 4 independent built-in timers for incubation with audible alarm. Reagent menu includes PT, APTT, Fibrinogen, D-dimmer (quantitative), Thrombin time, Reptilase time, Extrinsic factors, Intrinsic factors, Unfractionated heparin, Low molecular weight heparin, AT III Activity, Protein C activity, Protein S activity, Protein S antigen, VWF antigen, Plasminogen activity, and Antiplasmin activity. Additional applications include Lupus anticoagulants, APCR, and AT III antigen.
