The Precision Scientific 186 bath has a capacity of 43L. From manufacturer’s literature: Precision 186 rugged, high-performance baths maintain water temperature from 25C to 100C (with cover - INCLUDED) with +/-0.2C uniformity (at 37C). Temperature setpoint is easily adjusted and programmed from the front-mounted control panel. Uniformity is rated Class 1A by ASTM Method E 715. Hydraulic thermostat, sensitive to +/-0.1C, is located in the chamber for accurate temperature control, and a second thermostat is included for safety. Direct-contact tubular heating elements provide fast, uniform heat transfer. Oil can be used in the 186 bath.
180 Series analog baths are ideal for applications in which temperature setpoints seldom change. They feature variable analog temperature control, backup high-limit safety thermostat, and illuminated power switch.
